About the Clinic
Highbar - Warwick has a location conveniently located right off 95 on Centerville Road in Warwick. This recently renovated clinic features a large open floor plan for functional training and many private treatment rooms. Our clinic has many board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, certified trigger point dry needling specialists, and a pediatric specialist. Our staff is committed to creating an atmosphere based on teamwork and community to make your recovery experience as enjoyable as possible.

Clinic Director: Dr. Erin Gardiner PT, DPT, OCS
Dr. Erin Gardiner is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, headaches, balance & falls, and skiing. She loves working as a physical therapist because each day is different and presents a new opportunity to make a big impact on so many patients’ lives.
Cassondra MacDonald is a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant at the Warwick clinic, specializing in orthopedics, pelvic health, and spine care. She holds Advanced Proficiency in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and is an active member of the PTA. Cassondra loves connecting with her patients, guiding them to small victories like tying their shoes, shampooing their hair, or picking up their children pain-free. It's these moments that make her career deeply rewarding.
In her personal time, Cassondra enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and hiking with her two dogs. She has set a goal to hike every national park in the country.

Dr. Nicole Donahue earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island in 2023, following her Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology in 2021.
Dr. Donahue is passionate about working with diverse individuals, helping them understand their conditions, and empowering them to manage their recovery. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, photography, and cheering for all Boston sports teams.
Dr. Nicole Donahue earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island in 2023, following her Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology in 2021.

Dr. Sterling Saint, PT, DPT is a physical therapist at Highbar Physical Therapy’s Warwick clinic, specializing in orthopedics, sports injuries, and spine care. He holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut (2014) and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island (2011).
Dr. Saint is passionate about guiding his patients toward recovery by educating and empowering them to take control of their rehabilitation process. His research on runners and Achilles tendon properties has been published, further demonstrating his commitment to the field.
Outside of work, Dr. Saint enjoys going to the gym, playing sports, and spending time with his two children. He is also a big fan of the Boston Celtics and the LA Rams.

Throughout her career, she has earned a certification in Neurological Dry Needling for pain management and sports rehabilitation from Integrative Dry Needling.
In her free time, Hilary enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring new places. You can find her snowboarding in the winter and boating during the summer.
