How referrals work (it’s simple)

1. You introduce us.

2. We handle outreach.
Our recruiting team reaches out, answers questions, and guides the process.

3. If it becomes a hire, bonuses kick in.
Bonuses are paid after the new hire completes their first 3 months.

Referral incentives

Bonus Program
Employee Referral Bonus
- You can refer someone anytime.
- If they’re hired and complete 3 months, you may earn a bonus.
- To count, your name must be listed on their application or you need to notify Highbar before they’re already in conversation with us.
- Hiring decisions are always based on fit, skills, and experience.
Student Internship Bonus
If you host a full-time student (through the Clinical Coordinator) and they’re hired within 3 months of graduating (or as their first job), you may earn a bonus after they complete 3 months.
Event Bonus
If you meet a candidate through a recruiting event and you’re their primary contact through the process, you may earn a bonus after they complete 3 months.
Early Engagement Bonus
If you personally introduce a qualified candidate, they interview, and they weren’t already in our system within the past year—you’ll get a Highbar gift bag.

FAQ
Can I refer someone if I don’t work at Highbar?
Yes, absolutely — anyone can refer someone. If you’re not a Highbar team member, you won’t receive the cash bonus, but you’ll be helping a great PT land somewhere excellent. If you know a Highbar team member, they can co-submit the referral and earn the bonus.
