This Highbar clinic is located inside the Tourister Mill along the Palmer River on Main Street in Warren. This clinic features tall ceilings and large windows that allow for natural light and beautiful sunset view in this restored historic brick building. Our clinic specializes in treatment of runners, swimmers, and triathletes looking to recover from a sports-related injury. We are well-equipped to help any patient who is looking to reduce their movement pains or limitations. Clinic Director: Dr. Kourtney Wallick PT, DPT
Dr. Kourtney Wallick PT, DPT has been the Clinic Director in Warren since 2021. She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, knees, and shoulders. Her experience in competitive swimming at the regional, collegiate, and national levels, as well as participating in regional gymnastics competitions gives her deeper insight into the importance of treating sports-related injuries through physical therapy. Throughout her career she has earned certification in trigger point dry needling. She’s passionate about being an active problem solver to help her patients recover from pain or injury. In her free time, she loves to stay active and spend time with her husband and son.
Dr. Jon Ferrara is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, and soccer-related injuries and conditions. He is passionate about helping his patients improve their quality of life and return to the activities they love to do. As a former collegiate soccer player, Jon certainly understands the importance of an active recovery. He has also earned certifications in functional dry needling and the Graston technique.
In his free time, you can typically find Jon spending time with his wife and their two children. He loves staying active by playing sports like snowboarding and disc golf.

In her free time, Emma enjoys keeping up with sports from her alma mater, Purdue University as well as her other favorite team, the Patriots. She stays active through playing a variety of sports, like running, weightlifting, skiing, and taking long walks with her dog, Bailey.

Each year she takes a trip to the Dominican Republic to provide medical care and aid in construction projects that help develop the community of workers and their families.
In her free time, Haley enjoys traveling to her family’s land in Maine and spending time with her cat and dog. If there’s a Boston Bruins game on, she’s either watching it at home or at the arena.
