This Highbar clinic is located inside the Tourister Mill along the Palmer River on Main Street in Warren. This clinic features tall ceilings and large windows that allow for natural light and beautiful sunset view in this restored historic brick building. Our clinic specializes in treatment of runners, swimmers, and triathletes looking to recover from a sports-related injury. We are well-equipped to help any patient who is looking to reduce their movement pains or limitations. With an open floor plan and upbeat staff, our clinic will quickly make you feel right at home and ready to take control of your recovery!

Clinic Director: Dr. Kourtney Wallick PT, DPT
Dr. Kourtney Wallick PT, DPT has been the Clinic Director in Warren since 2021. She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, knees, and shoulders. Her experience in competitive swimming at the regional, collegiate, and national levels, as well as participating in regional gymnastics competitions gives her deeper insight into the importance of treating sports-related injuries through physical therapy. Throughout her career she has earned certification in trigger point dry needling. She’s passionate about being an active problem solver to help her patients recover from pain or injury. In her free time, she loves to stay active and spend time with her husband and son.

Dr. James Picard is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics. He is passionate about helping his patients get back in control of their health.
In his free time, James enjoys hiking, traveling, chess, and watching the Boston Celtics. He also loves to play pickup soccer and support the Barcelona FC team. You can also find him spending time with his two dogs, Leo and Indiana.

In her free time, Emma enjoys keeping up with sports from her alma mater, Purdue University as well as her other favorite team, the Patriots. She stays active through playing a variety of sports, like running, weightlifting, skiing, and taking long walks with her dog, Bailey.
