Highbar - North Kingstown has a location in the Kingstown Plaza near TJ Maxx and Tractor Supply on Post Road. This clinic features a large open floor plan with lots of natural light. Our clinicians have specialties in golf, dry needling, and blood flow restriction training, but are well-equipped to treat patients from all walks of life. We’re dedicated to making the best possible experience for our patients so they can get back to the activities they love.
Meet the Team
Clinic Director: Dr. Kevin Alexander PT, DPT, OCS
Dr. Kevin Alexander has been the Clinic Director in North Kingstown since 2022. He is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, running, and headaches. He has earned certification in trigger point dry needling and completed a residency on orthopedic and manual physical therapy. Teaching and mentoring new physical therapists is a passion for him, as he is currently a faculty member for Highbar's Orthopedic Residency Program. In his free time, Kevin often volunteers with Full Swing Golf RI, a nonprofit organization founded by his wife, that helps children with disabilities learn how to make golf accessible and enjoyable for them. He also enjoys snowboarding, weightlifting, landscaping, cooking, and running.
Lauren Neville is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports-related injuries, headaches, vestibular, balance & falls, dance, and concussions. She loves watching the progress and success of her patients from their initial evaluation to their last appointment. Her experience growing up as an athlete resulted in her being a patient many times, so she has a deep understanding of how injuries can impact the life of an athlete.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys running local road races, watching the Red Sox and Patriots, traveling, and attending concerts.

He is passionate about exercising and helping his patients achieve their personal best. Tod has earned certifications as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist and in Functional Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction Training.
In his free time, Tod enjoys lifting weights, running, playing golf, and snowboarding. Soccer is a huge part of his life, as he loves watching English Premier League and is an Assistant Coach for the boys' soccer team at Narragansett High School. When he’s not in the clinic or in the gym, he can be found attending to his yard in an attempt to create an outdoor oasis.
