Clinic Director: Dr. Leanne Monteiro PT, DPT, OCS
Dr. Leanne Monteiro PT, DPT, OCS has been the Clinic Director in Cranston since 2023, but has also served as the Clinic Director in Richmond since 2018. She is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, post-surgical rehabilitation, and women’s pelvic health. She became a physical therapist because she wanted to help people return to their favorite activities, whether that be competitive sports, recreational activities, or getting back to work. She is fluent in Portuguese and has earned certifications in trigger point dry needling, pelvic health physical therapy, and the Graston Technique. In her free time, you can catch Leanne cooking, going for walks with her dog, and spending time with her family and friends.
Dr. Sarah Goldstein is a Board-Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist and a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, dance-related conditions and injuries, and the following areas of pediatrics: torticollis, plagiocephaly, scoliosis, club feet, toe walking, autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, gross motor and/or developmental delay. She loves working as a physical therapist because she can positively impact someone’s quality of life, whether that be within the home, in recreation, or at work. With her specialty in pediatrics, she loves that she can take the “boring” out of another doctor’s appointment for a child by creating a fun, entertaining, safe, and exciting environment to help the child and family reach their goals.
When Sarah isn’t in the clinic, she likes to spend time with her husband and rescue dog. She also likes to stay active by attending ballet classes, kickboxing, or running outside at a local park.
